Our in-house cultivation team follows every crop from variety and seed selection to harvest, including all use of fertilisers and pesticides.

Produce is washed, blanched and IQF-frozen on modern lines by a qualified team, for the best flavour and maximum nutritional value.

Our laboratory works around the clock, keeping every product under microbiological, physical and chemical control.

Traceability
We can map each product from planting to harvest to packing, so the history of every pack is known.
